This workshop explores all facets of anger and hostility, and how factors such as culture, language, gender, and socioeconomic status can influence how we interact and communicate with others. This workshop integrates concepts of self-care, mindfulness and grounding techniques to help manage workplace related stress that often arises from dealing with difficult clients.
