CTI provides a variety of training courses to meet your training needs.

Our training sessions are delivered ONSITE and ONLINE, are highly experiential and “hands on”. This is achieved by incorporating interactive and practical simulations such as role-playing and case scenario demonstrations as central components to all of our programs. To ensure that your training is relevant and meets your expectations we encourage your active involvement and input in the design and delivery of your training. 

Our training can be offered in an Introductory, Advanced, or Refresher/Booster format. CTI also offers Training-of-Trainers (TOT) workshops on select topics which will provide your organization with the internal capacity to deliver in-agency training sessions.
